Our Chef and Staff
Established while mobilized in 2021, No Sauce Boss began at the gazebo common areas at a location far away from Chicago. Owner Lonell grilled daily just to feed himself, but quickly gained traction through word of mouth from Soldiers he'd grill for prior to their work shift. Initially a one man operation, requiring countless hours to perfect the craft in an austere environment, he soon recruited a sous-chef, Sully, to stay ahead of the demand for his BBQ dinners. With hard work, attention to detail, and a passion for barbecue, No Sauce Boss vision and customer base continues to grow with every dinner sold.

We have worked to package our meals in a way that lets you bring the quality of our meals into your home. We always love to see you in person for all of your catered event needs, but even when we can't we ensure that your dining experience is top notch!
